The three tramps who stole the valise from the 11. G. W. train on Tuesday night were arraigned before Justice P.rovn yesterday on achaige of burglary. burg-lary. The complaint was sworn to by James Vincent, conductor of the Pullman Pull-man cur from which the valise was taken. The fellows pleaded not guilty and the case was set for next Tuesday at 2 o'clock. A new phase in this case is just beginning be-ginning to be developed.
