The manufactured home is placed on a permanent foundation in accordance with the plans providing for vertical loads, uplift, and lateral forces and frost protection which are in compliance with the applicable buildingcode. d. The running gear and hitch shall be removed from those manufactured homes which are entered on the tax rolls of Duchesne County as real property. e. With the exception of the manufactured home being in one name and the property owner (as) being in another, the manufactured home shall be entered on the tax FollsofDuchesne County as real property. f. The roof shall be constructed to meet the snowload requirements of the given area. Section II. All parts of Section of the Duchesne County Code deleted or changed by this amendment are hereby repealed and the provision is hereby adopted as an amendment to said Section. The property owner shall provide the cattle guard at the landowners expense and properly maintain said cattle guard to Countys specifications for a period of two (2) years from the dale of installation. i. At the expiration ofthe two years if said cattle guard still meets County specifications, the County will rebate the installation fee to the permittee and shall assume responsibility for maintaining said cattle guard. Should the cattle guard fail to meet the County specifications at the expiration of the period, the permittee will automatically forfeit their installation fee. j. Ifthe cattle guard is not property maintained or replaced when it becomes damaged within the period, the County two-ye- two-ye- ar shall remove said cattle guard from the roadway. k. The County shall as- sume responsibility for maintaining existing cattle guards two years after passage ofthe ordinance codified in this chapter, provided that upon the expiration of the two years, the cattle guard meets County specifications. l. Federal law requires signs warning of cattle guards ahead and sign on the guards. The permittee will be responsible for the installation and sign costs on the first installation. The permittee shall obtain the Countys inspection and approval for correct installation. m. The County shall not assume responsibility for maintaining the following cattle guards, to wit: i. Those cattle guards located on lands administered by the Ute Indian Tribe, any agency of the United States of America. rnmmmm and any agency ofthe State of Utah. ii. Those cattle guards located on roads which do not connect to existing County roads or which otherwise dead-enand which serve three (3) or less primary residents or business interests which require an annual avenge ofservice of less than once per week.
