Nebo District. The district presents this award to boys who have completed all 15 Weblos activity h badges in addition to completing the Arrow of Light award. The boys served in Pack 3105 under the direction of Weblos leader Theo Orchard. OSOA CHOICE CHUCK They are beginning their scout work in Troop 105 in the Payson 9th Ward. David says he enjoys scouting. He has completed 15 arrow points while in his wolf and bear rank. Among the awards he has earned are "Faith in God" and "World Conservation." He, along with other pack members, received a certificate of recognition personally signed by President Reagan, for efforts in conservation. He enjoys acting and has participated in .the tenderfoot badge, two skill awards in his blazor scout troop and his "Faith in God" award. He enjoys animals. He raises rabbits, chickens, cats and dogs. Patrol He has served as Senior Leader, president of the Deacon's Quorum, secretary to the Teacher's Quorum and secretary in the Spanish Club. He attends the Springville 6th LDS Ward. Brian is in the 10th grade at Springville High School. He is the son of Conrad and RuthAnn Tucker of Springville. U.S. x Scott Simpson Carter, 13, of Scout Troop 193, recently earned his Eagle Scout award. His project was to build a "Valley Box" made of hills, roads, buildings, cars, animals, and more for the nursery of the Orem 22nd LDS Ward. Scott has 31 merit badges and earned the Special World Conservation Award. He served as Deacon Quorum President in his ward, is Weblos Den Chief and is working on the five merit badges for his Third Palm. His special interests are mechanics and carpentry.
