The six-story high by 80-foot 80-foot wide screen with high definition surround sound in the Cinemax Theatre has been said to be in "the ultimate location". The theatre houses 486 people per viewing for its 37-minute film that is shown each hour, 13 times daily, during summer ' months and nine times daily during winter months. The giant-screen motion picture is produced by DougMemmott and Academy Award-winning direc tor Keith Merrill. "We show visitors to the park remote areas and spectacular scenes that they could never see in any other way," said Mem- mott. The theatre is open 365 days a year, with shows every hour on the hour summer months (March 1-Oct. 31), from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Shows during the winter months (November 1-February 28) are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Seating is comfortable for 486 viewers with wheelchair access throughout the facility.
