Gregg's parents, Bettie and Merrill Mer-rill Jacobson, bought the business busi-ness in 1959, then sold it to Cregg and DeAnne in 1973. ' "We grew up in the business," busi-ness," DeAnne said, explaining that she worked for Creggs mother cleaning trailers before "she ever knew Cregg. DeAnne's mother also worked for the Jacobsons, -and it was the mothers who lined DeAnne and Cregg up. The couple now have four daughters and a son. . DeAnne-, whose maiden name was Gillman, and Cregg . were both raised in Orem. Gregg's family lived right on the Corbet Trailer property in a mobile home. DeArine said she enjoys selling sell-ing a product to people that they can get enjoyment from. Close relationships are formed between be-tween the Jacobsons and their customers. This fact was brought into focus for DeAnne recently when she and Cregg had a daughter, get married. "It was amazing how many customers we invited to come to the wedding," DeAnne De-Anne said. "Our customers are our friends." The family connection continues con-tinues at Corbet with son-in-law Shaun Simmons employed as service center manager, and the Jacobsons' son, Colby, also working in that department. Corbet Trailer sells the Terry trailer line, manufactured by Fleetwood. The company conducts con-ducts regular, intensive customer cus-tomer satisfaction surveys which involve having representatives repre-sentatives call purchasers at random and ask questions about their experiences with a dealership, dealer-ship, including the all-important question, "Would you buy from that dealer aga?" - For the last four years in a row, Corbet Trailer Sales has : earned the prestigious Circle of : Excellence Customer Satisfac-. tion Award given to qualifying dealerships by Fleetwood. Last year, an amazing 100 of Corbet's customers surveyed said they would buy from the ' dealership again. In addition, Corbet Trailer .
