DeVere Wootton acted as ma.ster of ceremonies and the following program was given: Greetings from the league president, Miss Betha Storrs; toast, "A Valentme To My Husband," Mrs. Grant In-gersoll; In-gersoll; vocal solo, "In My Garden," Gar-den," Rulon Nicholes accompanied by Mrs. Owen Mumphrics; toast, "To the Men," Mrs. Kenneth Noyes; toast, "To the Women," Ross 13uckwalter. An uncompleted uncomplet-ed Valentine rhyme was at each place and prizea were awarded to Sherman Robinson; Harold Chip-man, Chip-man, Mrs. Ross Buekwaiter and Mrs. Marion Greene for the best last lines composed. S. Post Office at 10 o'clock A. M., Wednesday, March 12. 1941. The purpose of said meeting 13 to submit to the citizens 6f Provo contemplated changes and amendments amend-ments to the present Zoning Ordinance Or-dinance of Provo City, whereby certain business districts will be established; changes in the present pres-ent district boundaries will be made, and lands heretofore unclassified un-classified or unzoned will be placed in zoning districts and under zoning regulations, and other changes made in the present pres-ent Ordinance. Such changes to be incorporated incorpor-ated in an Ordinance to be passed by the City Commissioners of Provo City. A map showing the contemplated contemplat-ed changes is on file at the office of the City Recorder, and may be inspected by any citizen or interested inter-ested party.
