Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, said sale to be conducted at the North Entrance Steps of the county courthouse, located at State Street and Main Street, in Farmington, Davis County, State of Utah, on May 15, 1990, at 11:35 a.m. of said day, by First Security Bank of Utah, National Association, as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE for the purpose of foreclosing foreclos-ing a deed of trust executed by Allen N. Choumos and Cheri L. Choumos, as TRUSTOR, to Kay M. Lewis, as TRUSTEE in favor of First Security Financial, Fi-nancial, as BENEFICIARY, said deed of trust secures a note in the original amount of Fifty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty Six and no100's Dollars ($58,446.00). Said deed of trust was recorded June 26, 1987, as Entry Number 791976, in Book 1 176, at Page 1097 et seq., of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah, and covering real property located at approximately 494 East 2000 North, Layton, Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described EXHIBIT "A" Commencing at a point on the South line of a street South 0 deg 44 min 20 sec East 93.0 feet along the Quarter Section line and East 472.2 feet along the South line of said street from the North Quarter corner of Section 16, Township 4 North, Nor-th, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; and running runn-ing thence East along the line of said street; 100.0 feet; thence South 605 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of a canal right of way which is 16.5 feet wide on the Northerly side and 33.0 feet wide on the Southerly side of the canal center line; thence running Southwesterly 101.5 feet more or less, along the Northerly line of said canal right of way to a point South 0 deg 44 min 20 sec West 620 feet, more or less, to the point of commencement. And more correctly described describ-ed as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of a street South 0 degs. 44'20" East 93.0 feet along the quarter section line and East 472.2 feet along the South line of said street from the North quarter corner of section sec-tion 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; and running thence East along the line of said street 100.0 feet; thence South 605 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of a canal right of way which is 16.5 feet wide on the Northerly side and 33.0 feet wide on the Southerly side of the canal center line; running thence Southwesterly 101.5 feet, more or less, along the Northerly line of said canal right of way to a point South 0 degs. 44,20, East of the point of beginning; thence North 0 degs. 44'2CT West 620 feet, more or less, to the point of commencement.
