Show Afton P.S. Olsen NORTH SALT LAKE-Afton Parry Sudbury Olsen, passed away Anril 20. 1990. J ' - Bom in Colonia Diaz Chihuahua, Mexico, June 11, 1911 to Joseph Hyrum and Jane C. Johnson Parry. She left Mexico in 1912 during the Revolution and exodus from Mexico. School and Stevens Heneger Business College. She lived in the Canyon Rim area of Salt Lake, then in Woods Cross, following her marriage to Clifford Olsen. She was a resident in North Salt Lake at the time of her death. Survived by her sons, Richard A. and Verna Sudbury, Marysville, Wash.; Lawrence J. and Geraldine, Bountiful; Donald C. and Dian, Dennis R. Paul F., Kathi, all Centerville; Center-ville; Alan B. and RaJean, Fruit Heights; Charles A., Ogden; George A. and Tracy, David F. and Soon, all Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters, Barbara and Harvard Heaton, Panguitch; LuAnn and Don Wood, Centerville; 43 grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, Joseph Hebert Parry, sisters Mignon Marchant, both Murray; Florence Roll, Salt Lake; Viola Kay, Fair Oaks, Calif. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 25, at 11 a.m. in the Orchard Tenth Ward Chapel, 55 E. 350 N. Friends may call from 9:45-10:40 a.m. prior to the services. On Octobei 15, 1938, she married Earl Clement Sudbury Sud-bury in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Jan. 25,1952. They had one son, Richard. Married Lawrence Clifford Clif-ford Olsen, Aug. 15, 1958 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She helped him raise his family of eight boys and two girls. She was active in the LDS Church, serving as a teacher and secretary in the Mutual, Primary, Relief Society and Sunday School organizations. She also served as Activity Counselor and on the Stake Board of the Mutual. Graduated from Granite High |
