FARMINGTON-Local members of the female arm of the Bountiful Area Chamber of Commerce, Com-merce, the Women in Business group, met on Thursday for their monthly meeting at the Oakridge Country Club. The group was entertained with a demonstration on how to use Rhodes dough. Jenna Jackson, a representative for Rhodes, explained ex-plained to the women that Rhodes is a perfect solution to the fact that they are unable to bake bread the old fashioned way. "You don't need a recipe. You can make all kinds of designs and all flavors of bread products by simply using the Rhodes dough," she explained. Jackson then demonstrated the variety of uses for the product. Bread sticks, scones, pretzels, rolls, cinnamon bread, raisin bread, sesame sticks, bagels,and hot dog and hamburger buns were just a few of the items named. Jackson also demonstrated how the dough can be used to design a menagerie of baked animals to delight a party crowd. Alligators, bears and rabbits have been crowd pleasers for Jackson. The Women in Business organization provides an opportunity opportuni-ty for business women to network with others in the Davis County area. At each monthly meeting, the group takes time for each member to introduce herself and the company com-pany she represents. According to Jody Epperson, the group's president, this is a valuable way for members to "put a face and a personality with each business."
