OCR Text	Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REZONE OF PROPERTY IN CENTERVILLE CITY On May 1, 1990 at 8:15 pjn., the Centerville City Council will consider a request to re rone approximately 8.37 acres at approximately 1300 North 400 West owned by Lane B catty and Wayne Back. The request is to rezone from the A-l agricultural zone to the R-l-10 residential rone, to allow for the development de-velopment of a single family home subdivision, sub-division, with lots of at least 10,000 square feet. The meeting will be held in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Utah. All interested persons are invited to attend at-tend and make their views known regarding this request.
