Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of March, 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State and Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Statesman Mortgage Company, formerly known as Federated Financial Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Victor L. Morris and Carma J. Morris, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded May 28, 1987 as Entry No. 822457, in Book 1230, at Page 75, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Mountain States Mortgage Centers, Inc., a Corporation of Utah, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 3, 1990, as Entry No 874107, in Book 1321, at Pige 74, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 8, CO-REA Subdivision, according to the official Plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. Property Address: 13 West 3300 South, Bountiful, Utah 84010 Record Title Holder: Victor L Morris and Carma J. Morris for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
