Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 23rd day of March, 1990, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Lot 26, AMENDED PLAT OF ROSMAIT PARK SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof.
