Show Entry No. 0786489 in Book 1167 at Page 496 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL FINAN-CIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 18,1989, as Entry No. 872520, in Book 1318, at Page 446 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates As-sociates Financial Services. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property, 280 West Gentile Street, Layton, Davis County, State of Utah: Beginning on the North line of a street at a point 618 feet West and 33.0 feet North of the Southeast comer of Section 20, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, and running thence West 67 feet along said street; thence North 198.5 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of the Railroad Right-of-Way; thence south 49 deg. 31' East 88.09 feet along said right-of-way to a point due North to the point of beginning; thence South 141.3 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
