Show Student of the month named By DAVE LANDIN Davis Darts Senior Russell Scadden was recently re-cently named Davis High Student of the Month by the student body officers for his extensive work in the area of lighting and sound. He has continually distinguished himself throughout two years of assemblies, musical productions and other school related functions, both here and at Clearfield High, and is an invaluable member of the behind-the-scenes production team. Through his electrical engineering engineer-ing at Daviswork that, during this year's musical production, often kept him at school from six in the morning to ten at night-he hopes to acquire a scholarship to the University Univer-sity of Utah, or possibly employment employ-ment at the Promised Valley Playhouse. In spite of all the hard work, however, Russ said enthusiastically, "Musical Productions was awesome!" He also finds time to maintain a 3.7 GPA and to actively pursue an avid interest in computers. com-puters. With characteristic modesty, Russ is emphatic in his desire to credit others contributions in the production field, and attributes his success to an extremely competent support crew. Congratulations, Russ, and good luck in all future endeavors. |
