Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property ' will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 20th day of December, 1989, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Michael W. Skeen and Tamara K. Skeen, as Trustor, in favor of , Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded July 16, 1984 as Entry No. 677759, in' Book 998, at Page 666, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 442 West 2400 South, Clearfield, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 18,- MELANTE -' ACRES SUBDIVISION PHASE 3,- a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded August 4, 1989 as Entry No. 86558a in Book 1306, at Page 386, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at' public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, the above-described property, for the purpose of - paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
