Thousands of dollars of bad checks have been passed in banks and credit unions in the Intermoun- . tain West. The victims, Colleen Frisbee and Donna Eatchel, among others, had their purses stolen from : their cars and their identification has been used to cash checks in Ogden, Salt Lake City and Idaho Falls. The case may have extended to Orem, Provo and even into Arizona. The suspect is described as a Phillipino, Hispanic or Indian female, 40-45 years old, 5 feet 4 inches in-ches tall with a medium build and black hair. He was last seen wearing wear-ing a beige button front shirt and a black or navy skirt Utah Crime; Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information in-formation leading to the arrest and binding over of this or any suspect.
