Martinson Martin-son and Joyce Martinson, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded June 13, 1980 as Entry No. 566668, in Book 827, at Page 438, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 2287 South 300 West, Clearfield, in Davis County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, and more particularly particular-ly described as follows: All of Lot 146, MELANIE ACRE SUBDIVISION PHASE 2, a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Nor-th, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian in the City of Clearfield Clear-field according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded August 15, 1989 as Entry No. 866380, in Book 1307, at Page 718, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, ..the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
