But Vicki Cappland, chairman of the Jazz Committee sai "It would occur to me that if you've heard one person on the list ai really dig 'em, then I hope that you will have faith in the committe because the others are of the same quality." Snatches This review is kinda' late, and you won't get to see it again. I feelb; that it's over, but I'll tell you what you missed. Mama Juda Youngstrom (of the Human Ensemble) and the Cosm Aeroplane got it together last weekend to produce a type underground variety show. Smoke opened it up with a jam and reque session. The lead singer has a funky voice and his back-up is p tight. The bass could have been turned up a bit, to add some beat, . was good and should be heard. Smoke hasn't played any other gigs as yet, because they want to get it all together and give one good ig show. When they do play a gig it will be worth the wait. b In addition, there were three short plays by the Human fc ns Company which were very good and as usual very well pertorme directed.
