Show Speaks Tonight McGee On Rights Senator Gale McGee (D-Wyom.) will deliver an inpromptu address in Orson Spencer auditorium tonight at 8 p.m. as a part of speech week. Sen. McGee will discuss civil rights and answer questions from the audience on that subject. Mr. Al-Silvey, Al-Silvey, teaching assistant in the University speech department said the purpose of the informal lecture is specifically set up to encourage those present to participate. Gov. Calvin Rampton is scheduled sched-uled to introduce Sen. McGee and will probably give his comments on the rights movement as well during dur-ing the question and answer period. Another program scheduled for Thursday includes a debate between be-tween Dr. Franklyn S.
