The project was executed exe-cuted in order to show the federal government that Salt Lake does care about the Hear Start Program here, according to a Phi Sig member. mem-ber. The city is presently several thousand hours behind on donated labor for the program and the Day Care Center suffers because more people do not take an active interest inter-est in the program. People who have an interest in the project and wish to help may contact the Community Service Bureau for further information.
