Huff, 265 Canyon Avenue, has been elected elec-ted National Vice President Region V of the Vocational Industrial In-dustrial Clubs of America (VICA), Pots-Secondary Division. Divi-sion. Ray's election was announced an-nounced Wednesday evening at the annual VICA Awards Banquet Ban-quet 'at the Holiday Inn River-mont River-mont in Memphis, Tennessee. The banquet climaxed the Fifth National VICA Leadership Conference Con-ference which began Monday, June 23, at the Sheraton-Pea-body Hotel in Memphis. VICA is the national youth organization for the trade, industrial, in-dustrial, technical and health education students. VICA clubs emphasize citizenship and leadership. lea-dership. There are 82,000 members mem-bers nation-wide. Ray is an electronics technician techni-cian student at Utah Technical College at Provo, Utah. Ray Huft
