Her daughter Catherine is leaving today to spend the Fourth of July in Elko, Nevada with some of the gals from Snow College The descendants of Leo and Nena Gudmundson met at the Payson City Park last Saturday Satur-day for a family reunion. The immediate family members attending at-tending were Mi. and Mrs. Ar- thur Harmei, Mapleton; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Harmer and Mr. and Mrs. Rulon (Elva) Hill, Payson; Mr .and Mrs. Ted (Helen) (Hel-en) Haymond, Springville; Mr. and Mrs. Blaine (Eva) Allan, Mesquite, Nevada; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin (Erma) Anderson, Logan, Lo-gan, and Mr and Mrs.. Blaine Harmer of Clearfield. The grandchildren participated in sports in the afternoon and the party was concluded with a picnic supper. The Stanley Bird's are enjoying enjoy-ing f visit with their son Wen-c'ell Wen-c'ell and family. They will be about ten days in Utah before going home to Concord, Calif. Dr. and Mrs. Paul K. Edmunds Ed-munds have had their two grandchildren and mother Holly Hol-ly Edmunds, visiting from Mesa, Arizona. Son Paul Jr. is working on a Doctorate and has had an offer to go to Col-urnbia Col-urnbia University in the fall. Other visitors the past week with the Edmunds have been Dr. Joseph Edmunds of Alham-bra, Alham-bra, California and Joe Edmunds Ed-munds with seven children of Temple City, California. They were joined the later part of the week by Mr. and Mrs. John Edmunds and daughter Janine of Chicago. They are enroute to Los Angeles where Mr. Edmunds Ed-munds will assume the position of President of the Southern California Mission with headquarters head-quarters in Santa Monica. Lois and Clayton Peterson have been house guests of the Grant Hill's during June Conference. Con-ference. The Petersons are from Sanford, Colorado. Lois is Jean Hall's sister. |
