Williamson, 47, bearded disabled war veteran who traveled 6500 miles in a 16 foot row boat from Arkansas Arkan-sas to the New York World's Fair in 1964, is out to set another an-other record. Wednesday he stopped in at the Springville Herald office en route on foot only, to the HemisFair in San Antonio, Texas, which runs through October. He expects to reach the fair in late June or the first of July walking- the entire distance of 2600 miles. He may be seen walking with a 38 pound pack on his back. The sign he carries reads "100th year Alamo Centennial, San Antonio, see you there." He accepts no rides. He was orphaned at the age of 13 and "have been paddling my own canoe ever since." On his sign also is "Uncle Benney" and he started out from Spokane, Washington. Walking record for this bearded traveler will be set when he completes his all-the-way walking record to the HemisFair at San Antonio, Anton-io, Texas. He is Thomas C.
