Show Coming events Math class A math class beginning June 3, from 8 to 10 a.m., Room 29, at the junior high school, will be taught b y Ralph Snelson. It will continue four weeks. Mathematics in action, short cuts in computing and other phases of math, will be taken up. All interested are invited to contact Mr. Snelson. There is a registration fee. Westside PTA New officers will be installed and teacher appreciation gifts will be presented at the West-side West-side PTA meeting this evening, April 25, at 7 p.m., at We'st-side We'st-side School. Music will be by the first and second grades and all parents are urged to attend. Mrs. Betty Diamond is president. presi-dent. Lee W. Ralphs is principal. princi-pal. "An old-timer is a person who can remember sitting through many a dull evening with out television." President Johnson announced that he plans to help discharged discharg-ed veterans find jobs. He wants the veterans to have personal contacts with representatives of the nation's 2,200 Public Employment Sevice offices. |
