Special program planned by area Democrats John Joe Miller of Springville Spring-ville will be one of the featured entertainers at the "Showtime Varieties," an aid fashioned variety show being sponsored by the Utah County Democratic Committee. The entertainment featuring top talent in the county, is scheduled Saturday, April 20, at 8 p.m., in the Provo High School auditorium. Many of the participants will be awarded auditions for appearances on a local TV show, according to Marvin Warren, Spriingville Democratic chairman. Tickets may be purchased from the various voting district chairmen, chair-men, including Owen Beardall, Edward Boyer, William Webber, Web-ber, Frank Taylor, Leon Giles, Ray Lofgran, Lewis Thorpe, Dell Fullmer, Jim Miller, Bert Brown, Alan Hall. There will be door prizes given giv-en during the evening.
