Show Chief Graham to attend FBI conference ., Earl M. Dalness, special iWent in charge of the Salt Lake City office of the FBI, announced that a member of FBI National Academy graduates gradu-ates from this area plan to at-Itend at-Itend a conference to be held at Denver from July 16 through July 19. - Among those attending will 'be Chief Ashley Graham of this : city. According to Mr. Dalness, .this is another of a successful "series of conferences of this type inaugurated in 1965. It .is expected that approximately -300 law enforcement officers . from 13 western states, as well ..as Canada and Central America, Amer-ica, will attend. The conference "is designed to continue training ! received by the men at the FBI "National Academy and keep them abreast of latest law enforcement en-forcement developments. Such . topics as "Human Relations ,ind Management," "Hallucinogenic "Hallucin-ogenic Drugs," "Recent Court "Decisions and the Effect on :"jaw Enforcement," and "Laws Relating to the Search of Ve-" Ve-" licles" will be discussed. Similar sectional conferences lave been held in each of the 'our sections of the United :;!tates during the past two K'ears.
