Hinton, 44-year old Lehi attorney and former state senator, announces his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for Congress from the new First Congressional District. Mr. Hinton served as state senator representing Utah County in the 1959 and 1961 sessions of the state legislature. legisla-ture.
