Show Workshop at Y for journalists High school jounralists will be able to sharpen their abilities abili-ties during the summer at the Brigham Young University publications workshop. The 9th annual workshop will aid staffs in preparation of a better publication pub-lication as well as teach them new techniques. The five-day event, August 9-13, will join BYU faculty with well-known Rocky Mountain Moun-tain journalists for the informative inform-ative sessions. Courses will be taught in letterpress and duplicated papers, pa-pers, yearbook, advertising and photography, teaching students the latest skills and making use of the modern facilities of the campus. Sessions will be held in the new Wilkinson Center at BYU. Students will be housed in campus residence halls, and eat in University cafeterias. Leisure hours during the week are filled with organized parties, swimming, movies, watermelon wa-termelon bust and other activities. activi-ties. Concluding the workshop will be a farewell banquet.
