Show Family meets on birthday for M. F. Miner M. P. Miner, who celebrated his 91st birthday, Sunday, was guest of honor at a family gathering and social at his home during the day. Approximately Approx-imately 42 relatives were in attendance, at-tendance, and enjoyed a program, pro-gram, directed by Ellen Anderson And-erson and refreshments served under direction of Thora Daley. Da-ley. Mr. Miner, who keeps up a fine garden, makes regular trips to the temple and also enjoys an afternoon a week with the senior citizens, received re-ceived many phone calls, cards and other birthday messages. During the afternoon, while the family was together, Dr. Richard K. Miner, general chairman of the Miner family organization, explained the new set-up for family organizations, organi-zations, and noted that the Moroni and Nancy Chase Miner family was well organized, organ-ized, with representatives as follows: Gordon Miner, Provo, president; Thorn M. Daley, representing the M. Albert Miner family; Alemeda M. Ellsworth, Ells-worth, the Abner Delacy Miner family; Mrs. M. F. Miner, the M. F. Miner family; Mrs. Jean-nette Jean-nette Ullock, the Elizabeth M. Whitmore family; George Miner, the George Miner family; fam-ily; Ruth Miner, a representative; representa-tive; Alden Miner, the Austin Miner family; Richard K. Miner, Min-er, historian and the Floyd Miner family; Mary Marshall, the Moroni Miner family; Edith Miner, secretary-treasurer, the Paul Miner family. Mrs. Margaret Miner is family fam-ily genealogist. |
