Show i . ' t -V- Carol Jane Lindsay, who is leaving soon for the Cum-orah Cum-orah LDS Mission in N. Y. Farewell set Sunday for Mapleton girl Carol Jane Lindsay, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Lindsay of Mapleton, has been called to serve in the Cumorah LDS Mission, in the vicinity of Palmyra, New York. Her farewell is scheduled for Sunday at 7 p.m. in the Mapleton Ma-pleton Second Ward Chapel. She ' enters the mission home, April 27. Bishop Wallace H. Gardner will be the main speaker at the farewell with remarks to be given by Reed S. Bennett, former bishop of the ward; by Bishop Carlos Hjorth and by parents of the missionary. The missionary will respond. The Junior Sunday School class will give a song and Nev-in Nev-in Williams will also give a musical selection. The congregation congre-gation will give the opening and closing selections. Evelyn Allen will iuri.'ish prelude and postludc music. The invocation will be by Allen Al-len Strasberg and the benediction bene-diction by LaMar Losser. Others serving from the Mapleton Ma-pleton Second Ward, are: Ray Bennett, North British; Mont Court, South New Zealand; Edward Wiscombe, Eastern States; Terry Hjorth, East Central States and Bryan Burt, Central British. |
