Show Lav If motorized vehicles, originally or-iginally built for off highway high-way operation, are driven on public streets, they must be properly licensed by the State of Utah and be ridden by a licensed motor vehicle operator, police officers reminded re-minded owners this week. A rumor that such vehicles ve-hicles do not need a license, is false, officers report, as they pointed out that any vehicle which is propelled by a motor or engine, including homemade go-carts or skoot-ers, skoot-ers, must be properly licensed li-censed for operation upon city streets or on public property. |
