Show PHS places second in half mile track race PAROWAN The Parowan Junior High cross country team did an excellent job in running a one and a half mile race here Sept. 22. Brett Yardley came in fourth, with Ranee Bess right behind, coming in ifith. Layne Bess was seventh, Greg Farrow, eighth, and Travis Johnson came in tenth. Tom Quinn, who came in thirteenth and was five seconds ahead of Robert Dalley. Dalley came in fourteenth, with Keith Olsen close behind, finishing fifteenth. Scott Larsen came in seven teenth, and Bryan Beck, the last of Parowan's team came in twentieth. The overall scoring allowed Parowan second place in the meet. There were 29 boys participating par-ticipating from Enterprise, En-terprise, Parowan and Piute schools. |
