The "little men" won it as Coy Bryant, Tommy Morrez, Greg Robinson and Kendall Bryant won their matches in the lighter weights. Gaylen Matheson (132), Greg Bulloch (145) and Emron Tripp (167) added three points each to the team scores with decisions and a tie by Tripp. The Junior Varsity suffered a 36-18 defeat to Dixie due in large part to the lack of a man in every weight and having to forfeit at several weights. The points for the Redmen came from Kim Weaver (155) and Chris Wheeler (138) pinning their opponents for six points each while Chris Hansen and Gary Chidester collected three points each for minor decisions. The Cedar matmen wrestled in Tooele Tuesday and will be traveling to Dixie (Varsity) and Mesquite (Jr. Varsity) Saturday to participate in tournaments.
