Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-12081 (75-1545), Denny B. and Clorine N. Law, 134 Bouquet Dr., San Marcos, CA proposes to change the point of diversion, place and !neilre of "use of 10.0 ac. ft. of water.'as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 26876 (76-116). The water has been diverted from two wells as follows: 1) a 12-inch well, 275 ft. deep, at a point N. 145 ft. W. 850 ft. from SV4 Cor.; 2) a 16-inch 16-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 30 ft. E. 1320 ft. from W4 Cor.; both Sec. 18, T34S, R9W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 116.7 acs. in W2 Sec. 18, T34S, R9W. Hereafter, 10.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 200-400 200-400 ft. deep, at a point S. 1125 ft. W. 2419 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 7, T34S, R8W (near airport); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 2 horses; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.3725 acs. in NWNE', NE'4NW4 Sec. 7, T34S, R8W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. Temple, SLC, UT 84116, on or bef ore Mar. 6, 1982. Dee C.
