Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State. Engineer to change and appropriate water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11980 (73244$) Darwin W. & Mavoureen M. Lamb, 2620 Bauer Rd., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 20.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 35.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Water Claim 13703 (73-8). The water has been diverted from a 10-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 60 ft. W 160 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 8, T35S, RllW; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 8.765 acs. in SE'4SW'4Sec.8,T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 20.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as follows: 1) an existing 16-inch 16-inch well, 138 ft. deep, at a points 1050 ft. E. 1400 ft. from N4 Cor. Sec. 33; 2) a 10-inch well, 300-500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1800 ft. W. 500 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 28; both T35S, RllW (N. of Cedar Citv): and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 19.0 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 5.0 acs. in EVuSE'i Sec. 28, T35S, RllW. 57094 ( 73-2443) James L. & Lynn G. Clark, 1800 W. Midvalley Rd., Cedar City, UT no water will be diverted but will be used within a 6-inch well, 200- 400 ft. deep, at a point N. 160 ft. E. 870 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 10, T35S, RllW (Cedar City Valley); and used for heating a home from Sept. 15 to June 1 and for cooling purposes from June 2 to Sept. 14 in SW',4SW'4 Sec. 10, T35S, RllW. ' Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North . Temple, SLC, UT 84116, on or before Jan. 30, 1982.
