Show Stress is Problem : Stress. . .most of us encounter en-counter it everyday. Too much bad news, problems at ' work, money worries, even a change in sleepinghabits are stress factors that may be overwhelming. According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, stress is what happens when the body's vital functions are subjected to wear and tear beyond their ability " to balance. When your body reaches its capacity for handling stress, a variety of physical symptoms may appear-headache, appear-headache, stiff neck, even a toothache from clenching your jaws. ;. ' A certain amount : of stress, however, is, jTot bad for you. We couldn't handle life's daily demands if 'the body were not stimulated by a healthy amount of tension.
