Mr. Petty said that Bob Higbee of the Cedar City Post Office will run the New Harmony office until another appointment to that post is named. RETIRING POSTMASTER. Sylva P. Hall (right) was presented a plaque by Cedar City Postmaster Frank Petty (left) in behalf of MSC Manager Robert Strong 6f Provo, for her 26 years of service to the U.S. Postal Service Ser-vice as postmaster at New Harmony. Mrs. Hall reviewed her many yean working with the office-she and her husband operated a store in conjunction conjun-ction with the post office for 22 years before closing it in 1966 and her |
