Such businesses or occupations occupa-tions shall be limited to those that canbe conducted entirely within the physical confines of their home. No variance shall be permitted for any additions to existing buildings build-ings for the purpose of establishing es-tablishing a business if that change in the building will put it out of compliance with present regulations for minimum required footage for frontage, rear yard, side yard, or height for that particular par-ticular district. In the event, the business requires it to meet special state andor federal regulations regu-lations for health purposes, such as a beauty shop or barber shop, no permit shall be issued or license granted until "all-regulations have been met and approval by the proper authorities have been given.
