She will maintain office hours in Milford on Tuesday Tues-day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Family life Service Office(south door of Mll-ford Mll-ford Medical) and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday in the Family Life Service office of-fice in Beaver, located in the Family Life Service office of-fice in Beaver, located in the government office building build-ing on 100 East. HEAT is a federally funded energy assistance program, for low income households. Eligible households must qualify according to the maximum annual income,ac-cording income,ac-cording to family size. A Person living alone cannot have a maximum annual income in-come over $6,630, a family of four, $12,750; six $16,830, and eight $20,955. Larger families should contactMrs. Johnson. To apply, you should bring identification, social security se-curity numbers for yourself and all members of your household over 18, a copy of your most recent fuel bill and verification of income in-come for all members of your household over 18 years old. The amount of benefits you could be eleglble for is based on the climate, where you live, type of fuel household size and income. |
