Hopefully, any eligible girl in Beaver County will have an equal opportunity op-portunity to become Beaver County Fair Queen. Call one of the above listed list-ed chairmen and enter now. They'll be glad to help you prepare for the competition. Who's the fairest of them all. The choice will be made on Wednesday, June 15th, intheMlnersvilleWard . Cultural Hall, 7:30 p.m. Girls 16 years of age and over by June 15th, from throughout the county are urged to enter the competition competi-tion for Queen of Beaver County. College girls are also urged to enter the com -petition. The queen and her two attendants will reign over the Beaver County Fair, August 11, 12, 13 and will represent repre-sent Beaver County at the State Fair. They will also be presented with beautiful gifts and will represent Beaver Bea-ver County in surrounding communities, at other fairs, on radio and television and many other fun things throughout the summer. The first annual queen pageant will be truly a coun ty affair, with chairmen in each community. Connie Marshall is the coordinator for the fair board, and can be contacted at 386-2851 for further information. She is also Minersville chairman. In Milford, Bonnie Hardy, 387-2756, and Connie Barnes, 387-2352, can answer an-swer your questions and will coordinate the western end of the county. Adele Murdock, 438-2851, and Ann Martin, 438-2453, will organize the effort in Beaver and surrounding sur-rounding area. A talent will be required, as well as formal competition. competi-tion.
