Show THIS WEEK IN MINERSVILLE Mr. and Mrs. Hilton Gillins are in Provo to get acquainted acquaint-ed with a new grandchild, born to Louis and Donna Moser. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Banks and son of Salt Lake are visiting vis-iting Mrs. Armina Banks. House guests at the home of Mrs. Lucy Williams and son David last week end was Miss Ida Andrews. Mrs. Lucy Williams and son David spent last Saturday in St. George doing Temple work. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jameson Jame-son and son Scott spent the week end at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Jameson, and attending a family fam-ily reunion. David Pryor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor, will be home on 14-day leave from the U S Navy. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Limb of Ely, Nev., spent the Labor Day holidays at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pryor. Sunday and Monday the above group and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor and children spent a night in the Cedar Mountains with Dick Pryor. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Murdock of Cedar City were at the home of Mrs. Amanda Nolder last week end. Mrs. Harold Griffiths was in Minersville last week to get her household items. The family is now living in Ely, Nev. The MIA held their opening social Tuesday evening, enjoying enjoy-ing dancing, home made candy and popcorn. The officers were hosts. The James Wood family reunion re-union was held at Ponderosa Park Sept. 2nd. Those present pres-ent were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jameson, Ivlr. and Mrs. Merrill Mer-rill Jameson, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Sherwin Wood, all of Minersville; Miners-ville; Mr. and Mrs. Roylo Wood and family and Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine DeMille, Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jameson and son Scott of Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Rex Limb and family, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Wood and family, Mr. and Mrs. LaVar Hollings-head Hollings-head and family, Mr. and Mrs. Don Charels, all of Beaver. |
