Show High-Speed Accident Injures Sevier Driver A Sevier County man, Harold Johanson, is in the Beaver County Coun-ty Hospital for treatment of injuries in-juries suffered in a car accident on U-21 37 miles west of Milford, about 4:30 a. m. Thursday, and his three companions were released re-leased after examination. Lawrence Felt of Salina, Lois Hansen of Richmond and Wayne Curtis of Aurora were the passengers pas-sengers in the car. Traveling west, the driver lost control of the car going down the long hill into Pine Valley. The vehicle left the pavement on the left side of the road, traveled 282 feet on the shoulder, swerved back on the highway for 246 feet, traveled 282 feet on the left shoulder, crossing the road traveling trav-eling 240 feet, then 42 feet on the right shoulder, cut back to the pavement, rolled 17 feet, then stopped in a ditch on the left side of the road 59 feet from the oil. The accident was investigated by Deputy Sheriff Duard Nay of Milford, and Deputy Richardson of Garrison, who brought the accident ac-cident victims to Milford. Accidents don't "Just Happen" . . . they are CAUSED!! |
