Show Mrs. Annette Pearce and Anthony Foremaster United In Marriage Here Pres. Harold S. Snow performed the ceremony in the St. George Temple at high noon Tuesday uniting in marriage Mrs. Annette Pearce, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond of New Harmony Harm-ony and Anthony Foremaster, son of Ehpraim J. Foremaster of this city. Immediately following the ceremony cere-mony the couple were honored with an informal wedding dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lin- I dau Foremaster, with the bride's sister, Mrs. Clarence Webb as hostess and only the immediate family members attending. In the evening the groom's family joined in entertaining 150 relatives and friends at a reception in the Elementary Ele-mentary school gym. For the reception the bride wore her wedding dress of ac-cordian ac-cordian pleated white silk jersey, a floor-length model without train. Her corsage was a single orchid. K. M. Cannon was master of ceremonies for the evening con-1 ducting a short program of read-1 ings, music and singing, followed ! by dancing and serving of refreshments. refresh-ments. The gymnasium was centered with a large lace-covered table which held as decorations a large three-tiered wedding cake the handiwork of a friend, Mrs. Ezra Lytle. This was flanked by bowls of yellow narcissus and at the table ends were crystal candle-bra candle-bra with lighted princess candles. Eluding the wedding guests the couple escaped by auto just before be-fore midnight for a Coast honeymoon, honey-moon, where relatives plan entertainment enter-tainment in their honor. They will return at the end of the week to make their home in St. George. |
