Show Enterprise Holds Graduation Exercises May 17th Ten Graduates Presented Diplomas By Seliool Sunt. Milton E. Moody ENTERPRISE. Utah "The Hope Of Democracy" was the theme of the graduation program of the Enterprise high school, held on Thursday evening, May 17, in the high school building. The numbers and characterizations characteriza-tions included presentation of the Flag, Delmon Truman; Pledge of Allegience and National Anthem, congregation; Uncle Sam, Bill O'Neill; student, Verda Terry, song, "Red, White and Blue," by the school chorus; Government, Rhoda Huntsman; song, "God Bless America,"; Sailor, Merrill Staheli; song. "Anchors A-Wcigh" by Shirley Hunt, Verda Terry. Ruby and LaRee Laub; Soldier, Gordon Thomas; song, "My Buddy"; Bud-dy"; Red Cross Nurse, Shirley Hunt; song, "Rose Of No-Man's Land"; Miss Columbia. LaRee Laub; song, "You're A Grand Old Flag." Opening prayer was by Edward Hunt; salutation, Rhoda Huntsman; Hunts-man; class will, read by Anna Adams; the graduates sang the school song, and Lenora Truman was validictorian. Diplomas were presented by-County" by-County" Superintendent Milton E. Moody to Anna Adams. Wesley Holt, Shirley Hunt, Rhoda Huntsman, Hunts-man, LaRee Laub, Bill O'Neill, Merrill Staheli, Verda Terry, Gordon Thomas and Lenora Truman. |
