Show SHORT CREEK, Ariz. Mrs. I. W. Carting Reporter Leonard Black and Charles F. Hansen made a trip to Cedar City on last Thursday. Lamond Langston of Cane Beds was a week end visitor at the home of Arnold Adair. Mrs. Lorana Fish and children went to St. George last Thursday evening. George Black accompanied accompan-ied them. The occasion was to celebrate Jackie Fish's birthday anniversary. Miss Marcia Covington of St. George has been working in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jonreed Lauritzen. George Black, Lamond Langston, Lang-ston, Cleon LeBaron and Francis Carling attended the basketball game at Hurricane last Friday evening. Born, a son to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Moyes on Monday, Feb. 9th. The Mothers' club held its regular reg-ular meeting at the school house Tuesday of last week. Cloyd Lauritzen was a St. George visitor one day last week. The Mothers' club sponsored a box supper and dance given at the school house Tuesday evening. Rush Jessop and family, who have been living at New Harmony the past three years, have moved back here. They are living in the L. S. Johnson house. A cottage meeting was held at the Fish home on Sunday night. |
