Show Funeral Services Held At Enterprise for Lydia Ann Dalley Jones ENTERPRISE, Utah. Funeral services were held here Wednesday Wednes-day in the ward hall for Mrs. Lydia Ann Dalley Jones, who died in the Iron county hospital February Febru-ary 9, after an illness of several months. Bishop Arthur X Barlocker conducted con-ducted the services. The Enterprise Enter-prise choir rendered the following selections: "Through Deepening Trials", and "I Have Read of A Beautiful City", and "Resting Now from Care and Sorrow". A duet "Whispering Hope", was sung by Mrs. Grace Smith and Randolph Grimshaw, of the Enoch ward. "Face To Face",, a duet sung by Mrs. Alta Truman and Heber M. Holt. Prayers were b y Luther M. Terry and George O. Holt, and the grave dedicated by Sylvester C. Jones. Speakers were Charles R. Sum-mit. She was the daughter of William Dalley and Sophie Farrow Dalley. On Feb. 1, 1S98, she married mar-ried Joseph E. Jones in the St. George L. D. S. Temple. For about ten years after their marriage, they lived in Summit. While there Mrs. Jones was an active church worker. The latter part of their married lives has been spent in Enterprise, where both have been active in church and civic affairs. She is survived by her husband and one brother, Hyrum Dalley, of Summit. |
