NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications Have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change or appropriate water in Washington County, State of Utah, throughout the en-jtire en-jtire year unless otherwise designated, desig-nated, all locations being from S. L. B. & M. To Cluuige: a-1679 Joseph W. Holt, Enterprise, Enter-prise, Utah, has filed application to change the point of diversion of 1.5 seeond-feet of water right acquired by Application No. 14146. The water has been diverted from March 1 to September 30, at a point N. 2630 ft. and E. 190 ft. from SV Cor. Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 17 W., and used to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced within with-in Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 17 W. Hereafter 1.5 second-feet of water will be diverted from a 12-inch pump well 100 feet deep at a point S. 1280 feet and E. 2640! feet from NW Cor. Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 17 W., and used as described de-scribed above. Xo Appropriate: 15231 Thomas J. Sec. 1, T. 37 S., R. 17 W and used to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced em-braced within the SW Sec. 1, T. 37 S., R. 17 W. 15509 - LeRoy Adams, Enterprise, Enter-prise, Utah; 1.75 sec. ft. from April 1 to October 1, for irrigation from a 12-inch well between 100 and 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 10 ft. and E. 10 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 6, T. 37 S., R. 16 W., and used to irrigate 240 acres of land embraced within Sec. 31. T. 36 S., R. 16 W.,- and Sec. 6, T. 37 S., R. 16 W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of S1.00 on or before March 25, 1944.
