Show WASHINGTON Mrs. Lenzy Hoopes Reporter Miss Meriam Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams of Kanarra is visiting her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Zina Prisbrey. Little Shelia Hoopes, who has been confined to her bed with the flu is up and around again. Speakers at Sacrament meeting Sunday were H. R. Bentley and Haven Paxman. Mrs. Weston Hafen of Ivins gave an accordian solo and C. F. Hansen gave a piano selection. Lou Westover was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Golden Paxman Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Tobler have moved into their new home. Mrs. Ervin Hall was happily surprised Sunday evening when her brother, Golden Asay, of LaVerkin La-Verkin called to see her. He is in the armed forces and tlis is his first furlough home in 14 months. , Mr. and Mrs. William Turn-beaugh Turn-beaugh and family are moving to St. George, where Mrs. Turn-beaugh Turn-beaugh and her five children will carry on the home front, while Mr. Turnbeaugh left Wednesday to join Uncle Sam's Navy. |
