Show Enterprise Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter A surprise party was given to Mrs. Roy Staheli Saturday. April 9. in honor of her birthday anniversary. an-niversary. Those present were: Wm. Truman. Bp. and Mrs. Arthur Barlocker, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Hall. "Mr. and Mrs. Grant Clove, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Truman, Mr. and Mrs. Deward Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Ephriam Barlow, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Truman. Mrs. Belle Staheli and Mrs. Merril Terry. Mrs. Nellie Martineau and ' i amily have moved to Gunloek. where they will make their home fhis summer. A shower honoring Miss Pearl Terry was given by the Y.L.M.I.A. in the Relief Society house on Thursday. Mrs. Athena Terry entertained the Busy Stitchers at her home on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Potter have moved here from California. Ranger Ben Swapp has been suffering with infection in his arm. Ha spent several days in Cedar Qty having it treated. Enroute to St. George to attend at-tend the musical festival. Principal Ezra Tobler had the misfortune to crash into another car on the rood at Veyo. The occupants of -the Tobler car received quite a shake-up. Imogene Holt was quite badly hurt. She sustained a sprained sprain-ed ankle, bruised spine, shoulder out of place, and a broken rib. Several of the others were bruised and cut but nothing serious. The car was badly damaged. Word has been received of the "birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Clair Hunt and a son to Mr. and IMrs. Carl Twitchell. both couples .are residing in California at the present time. A missionary party will be given iriday night in the gymnasium. 1t will be a welcome home for Iceland Huntsman and a farewell ior Amos Terry. A nice program is being prepared for the occasion. |
