Show Rotary Party Honors Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Davis A Rotary ladies' night was held in the Arrowhead Hotel dining room, Tuesday night in honor of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Davis. Mr. Davis, who has been employed em-ployed by the United States government here as an entomologist entomolo-gist for the past several years, has been transferred to Modesto, Calif. They are leaving some time this week. 1 The first number on the program pro-gram was a quartet number by the "Pansies", four new members including, Orval Hafen, R. N. Ashby, Laron Andrus and Walter Cannon. Other numbers were a vocal solo by D. M. Snow, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Mae Pace, and a trumpet solo by Earl J. Bleak, accompanied by Mrs. Bleak. A request re-quest number was given by Mrs. Elaine Southworth, of Cedar City. Mrs. Gordon Whitehead presented Mrs. Davis with a gift from the Rotary Anns and Arthur F. Miles made the presentation to Mr. Davis for the Rotarians. |
